Whitney Harper

As Co-Founder & Strategic Legal Counsel at ADVOS Strategy and Law, Whitney has served as General Counsel to a high-growth company with private equity investment, guiding the organization through the legal and operational aspects of multiple mergers, acquisitions, and resulting integrations while providing legal and strategic counsel regarding the company’s operations. She has held an executive-level role with responsibility for operational and commercial strategy focused on bringing increased value to the company and its customers through innovation and improvement. Whitney began her career practicing labor and employment law and general litigation with a well-respected Jacksonville firm. Her depth of experience includes the sale of a private-equity owned healthcare company for $550M+; the sale of a private-equity owned pharmacy benefit management company to publicly traded company for $254M and acquisition of 10+ ancillary healthcare companies over the course of 6 years. She also serves as FIC’s daily legal counsel.
